Purchase Notice
E-ink displays have unique characteristics that differ from LCD or OLED screens. Please ensure you fully understand E-ink technology before placing an order.

Warranty Coverage
All products come with a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. Should any issues arise during the warranty period, we will first provide online technical support.

No-Return Policy
Due to the complexity and high costs associated with international shipping and handling, returns or refunds are not accepted once the product has been shipped. If a customer insists on returning the product after shipment, they must bear all resulting shipping costs and customs duties. These expenses include, but are not limited to, the initial shipping cost from DASUNG, return shipping fees, and customs duties levied by Chinese authorities. Given these high costs, we strongly advise against returning the product. If you are dissatisfied after receiving the product, we recommend reselling it to an interested buyer in your country.
